Modern Architecture

Although most neighborhoods in New Orleans contain many 19th century and early 20th century buildings, after Hurricane Katrina you can find lots of modern architecture that was designed in the 21st century (Broussard, et al. 2014).

Downtown
Downtown New Orleans is where most of the famous modern landmark is Mercedes-Benz Superdome, curtis and Davis, and Nation WWII Museum.

This is one of the first attractions I seen when I entered New Orleans. It is exactly how it looks in this picture.

National WWII Museum
I was unable to attended the WWII museum but was told by many people how it is a wonderful museum. A fun fact about the Museum is that they continue to update the new events every year so nothing gets left in the past.
